Tuscany for the curious traveler

An all-inclusive adventure in the heart of the Tuscan woods.

In the center of Tuscany, perched atop a hill with forever views, lies Borgo Santolina. We are an all-inclusive, exclusive-use private resort. The historic borgo with 14 luxury ensuite guest rooms, multiple pools, a spa and organic farm sits within 120 acres of olive groves, lavender fields, private hiking trails and surrounded by thousands of acres of protected nature preserve.

Here you will enjoy the quiet Tuscan countryside while being close to airports, historic towns, wineries and the Tuscan coast.

Our team will design the perfect stay for your group. Relax by the pool with a spritz, get your hands dirty in the garden, or covered in flour in a cooking lesson. Taste wine and olive oil, or ride horses at sunset.

When it is your own Italian borgo, your stay is full of possibilities.

All medieval villages need restoration now and then. A full renovation is being undertaken ahead of our 2027 launch.

Food & Wine

In the country, we prefer cooking for our own.

Good food is the backbone of every wonderful memory, and in no place is this more true than Italy. We believe eating well is the secret to enjoying life, and we strive to provide the very best local ingredients and dishes for every meal.

In classic Italian fashion, the menu changes with the season, but one thing always remains the same: at Borgo Santolina, you will always mangia bene.
